I am a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy. My private practice is located in Fairfield, Connecticut. With over ten years experience as a marriage and family therapist, I am a graduate of Harvard College, and I hold a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University. I work with a broad spectrum of clients. I returned to Connecticut in 2009 after working for the Government of the Cayman Islands as a family therapist on a contract basis for four years.
I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with clients to help them build on their strengths and to attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
I am a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, and I hold a license with the State of Connecticut as a Marital and Family Therapist. I am an Associate Member and Certified Trainer with the International Center for Clinical Excellence.
